How many hours of sleep do you get a night? How many would you like to get? Do you think the amount of sleep you get has any effect on your weight?
Usually, I only had around 6-7 hours of sleep a night and I feel it’s not enough because I usually wake up feeling so tired. Instead of waking up refreshed from the good night’s sleep, I usually felt sore with back pains (blame it to the bed that we have). Ideally, I wanted to have an 8-hour sleep everynight but it seems too hard to achieve that since hubby usually gets home from work late. Indirectly, not getting enough sleep has an effect to the body weight. If I haven’t had enough sleep at night, my appettite is affected so I can’t eat that much…which results to a lighter me. Hence, I am really taking the time to have a nap during daytime to make up for the lost sleep during night.
