Thoughts from Home

I am dead tired from yesterday’s activities and for not getting enough sleep because our crazy neighbors had been partying until the wee hours in the morning. Then I have to wake up at 4AM because Ace will report before 5AM for their inventory at the farms. I’ve been trying to get some sleep earlier but I just can’t ‘coz when I close my eyes, my mind would start to wander. So I am really restless because my sister is in the delivery room right now. Another concern is Daddy hasn’t arrived here yet. We are expecting him to be here but we’ve got no word from him or from our Uncle whom he visited in Cagayan de Oro City. Then that makes me really anxious. I hope and pray that my sister will have a safe delivery and Daddy’s safe right now. Here’s hoping I could take a nap later.

I’m home alone again (as usual!). as of the moment I am cooking pasta for the baked macaroni and since we don’t have a big pot, I cook it in 3 batches. I’m done with the first batch and going on the 2nd batch. But hey, I am already sleepy! I used to take a short nap before lunch so my body is now asking for it. How could I sleep with something cooking in the stove now? I hope to finish it ASAP so I could lie down and have a power nap before I continue on cooking after lunch. So far this would be my 2nd time to make baked mac for a birthday party so wish me luck as I am not expert on this yet.
