Thoughts from Home

I wonder why there are those who are addicted to racing and the racing cars itself! Ace loves watching it while I don’t find it entertaining (maybe because I am not fond of cars). Besides, it’s a man’s interest so that explains my lack of interest. But I love the animated movie CARS that I and Ace watched in the big screen. Since then I started to watch car racing that Ace sometimes watch but I am not too fascinated with it. I am just trying to love what Ace loves to watch or get interested on the things that he finds interesting so we may share the same feeling towards something. I know he is drooling over this red race car that joined the street parade during the Kadayawan Festival but I think he’d be drooling more if the car has spoilers because it would make the car look so gorgeous.

I know I need to rush things up but how can I concentrate with all the bothering news. Thousands of people needs to be rescued from the flood and the worst thing, roads are not passable so rescue units cannot reach them. Many typhoons and natural calamities have hit the country before but I don’t care that much. As long as we’re not affected, I don’t feel the sufferings of the victims. Now seems I am so affected because we are tuned in to the news in TV. Now I need to focus and not worry much about our relatives living in Luzon because they are safe now.
