After hours of observing the laptop if it has improved its performance after being reformatted, there’s no improvement. So disappointing. It is fast during the few hours then it will start to slow down that even the clock gets late and I am getting tired of restarting the laptop again and again. Earlier (while I was composing this post), the PC literally froze and I can’t shut down it so I unplugged the power cord then there’s a continuous sound coming from the laptop! It lasted for minutes until I was able to figure out how to remove the battery. This is making me really crazy to think that I barely had 3 hours of sleep, I don’t have patience to deal with this. I do hope that incident will make the laptop’s performance get better. Am I hoping for a miracle? We are actually wondering how come this isn’t performing as expected when it is core 2 duo. The only thing is, specifications are intended for vista while we requested for XP to be installed because I am not used with Vista. However, if that caused the problem then we might have Vista installed in here. Whew!
Anyway, have to catch up with my sleep as I am too sleepy. But before I hit the bed, I need to look for the meaning of AED…which is “a portable electronic device that diagnoses and treats cardiac arrest”. Hmmm…sounds like I need that for now because this laptop will give me a heart attack sooner or later.hahahaha. Oh well, gonna check on Philips AED for I might need it (God forbid!) after not having enough rest and dealing with this lappy ordeal. What a life!
