a work-at-home wife's journey within the four walls called HOME

Archives for the day Wednesday, November 11th, 2009

Except for those who aren’t trained and doesn’t seem to care about learning even the simplest dishes to feed their families, I think Moms and wives have some common goal…and that is to cook! It’s a different thing if the queen of the castle knows how to cook or is trying her best to dominate the kitchen instead of letting the king cook. Your man and/or kids will be proud of you if you feed them with your home-cooked meals. Knowing nothing in the kitchen shouldn’t be an excuse for not cooking and letting others cook in behalf of them. Look, even celebrities find time to cook for their families!

Anyway, for the responsible mothers and wives who loves to cook and is looking forward to every dinner like me because it’s the only meal of the day that hubby and I eats together, theĀ dinner recipes of MomsWhoThink[dot]com would be so helpful for me. For moms who have children who understandably loves chicken so much, don’t just stick to fried chicken. But instead try otherĀ chicken recipes from all the recipes available in the site. There’s also easy recipes for those who are still learning to cook. They’re all pretty simple and easy.

So make your hubby and kids proud of you and love you more by feeding them your home-cooked meals. After all, it’s not anybody’s responsibility but ours (mothers and wives). Check out momswhothink.com for more recipes and kitchen tips. :-) Just be the queen of your kitchen and you will simply love it!

Sesame Street turned 40

Ika-40 na Anibersaryo ng Sesame Street

As a kid I was not a fan of Sesame Street…because I haven’t watched it. However, I think this was so cute and I can’t believe Sesame Street just turned 40! Wow! A decade older than me! Oh well, I am not fixated to animated or kid’s programs but I think I need to learn watching Sesame Street.
