SubscribeMy, I thought I have well-adjusted to apartment living…but I was totally wrong! I am used in a quiet neighborhood or just something that is totally opposite from the environment that we have now. So NOISY ALL AROUND US, my goodness! Can’t these neighbors consider that there are people around them who hates loud voices and all forms of NOISE? Even if I close all windows and turn the A/C on, I could clearly hear the LOUD VOICES, baby crying endlessly, all sort of irritating noise that they could make. This is really crazy! How I wish I could sound-proof the whole house so we could not hear the neighbors.
