Anyway, the new parents will definitely be embracing some major changes in their lives and sleepless nights is only of of those. Taking care of a baby must be the strongest fat burner because parents cannot have a decent sleep for they have to be awake when the baby is awake. With the baby’s changing body clock, most parents are awake late nights until the wee hours in the morning. Guess that’s enough to make one lose weight especially if one has a hard baby. Oh I hope when that time will come when we will be blessed with an angel, that little angel will not be a hard baby like me who cries most of the time.LOL

My nephew – Eman – will be turning 1. How time flies so fast! It seems like only yesterday when he was born (though my sister and BIL didn’t give out birth announcements to friends and relatives after his birth) and now our brilliant Manong Eman is turning one! I think there won’t be a grand party, just simple get-together. Carol was even sweet talking to me to sponsor a lechon (roasted pig) so the little guy will have his lechon on his first birthday. I don’t know but it has become a tradition especially in Filipino families to celebrate a first birthday with a lechon. I didn’t say yes yet but I would love to…to be fair with Ella who celebrated her 1st birthday with a lechon. If only Mamang is still alive, she would really sponsor a lechon for his “apo”. So what I need to do now is to finish all my tasks so Eman could have a lechon on his birthday! Not just any lechon from any vendor but from Porkitos! Yumyum…
