The world market is in great turmoil. The economic meltdown and crisis all over the world is affecting many business entities and individuals as well. This catastrophe has already taken its toll as many business empires have crumbled to the ground and have closed due to bankruptcy. If these giants in business were affected by the global recession, how much more are the smaller enterprises. Though I am earning, I don’t have a legal document honored in institutions showing my monthly, or annual income. Thus, I can’t apply for any transaction that needs ITR. Oh well, why pay for the income tax? I will just add money that will go to the politician’s pocket for their personal interest. Grrr! But then it’s not always a win-win situation when not paying the income tax so I am thinking of hiring a bookkeeper. I told Ace to ask his colleague who happened to be the hubby of my former colleague to inquire about the professional fee should I get him (the husband) or the wife (because they are both CPAs) their services to do bookkeeping and taking care of my BIR accountabilities.

I really don’t have any idea where to get a bookkeeper so I am considering the option of hiring somebody whom I have known while in Las Vegas, there are Las Vegas cpa firm that especializes in financial accounting of different industries such as contractors, professionals, developer, etc. A firm like Kondler CPA is what I needed at this time for my bookkeeping, financial statement and individual tax compliance. However, most Davao firms are not online so I will be relying on word of mouth or just hire a CPA friend to do the financial accounting for me.
