At times I feel the need to cleanse my colon. Thanks to a tea that I am drinking if I can’t eat high-fiber foods to sweep my intestinal lining. But last Sunday morning I had the “best and worst” time in the comfort room. After a night of eating a lot of different food from the wedding that we attended, I was awakened early morning by a call of nature. It was the “longest” appointment with “Mang Doro” (the toilet) as I feel like I have disposed of everything in my colon. I felt so relieved and my tummy so light after it. Then the appointment with Mang Doro was followed by another two quick visits within two hours. Whew! I wonder what I laxative food I have eater a day before. With the three visits (and fourth at the NAIA terminal 3 before our flight back to Davao), it feels like I had my colon cleansed. I felt so good, my tummy so light! Thanks to the laxative food (whatever it is) that I have eaten.

I and Ace don’t regularly take vitamins though we know we need a daily supplement. We are just too hard-headed and doesn’t care about it that much until I finally decided to take the first step. I asked a friend in the US to buy me a couple of bottles of vitamins for me and Ace. I chose to buy there because it is way cheaper than here. I had a hard time deciding which to buy and I have no time to look for multivitamin reviews so I go for the usual brand that we’re taking. For weeks now, we’re taking those multivitamins and so far so good. I don’t feel too exhausted at the end of the day and so is Ace.
