I’m home alone again (as usual!). as of the moment I am cooking pasta for the baked macaroni and since we don’t have a big pot, I cook it in 3 batches. I’m done with the first batch and going on the 2nd batch. But hey, I am already sleepy! I used to take a short nap before lunch so my body is now asking for it. How could I sleep with something cooking in the stove now? I hope to finish it ASAP so I could lie down and have a power nap before I continue on cooking after lunch. So far this would be my 2nd time to make baked mac for a birthday party so wish me luck as I am not expert on this yet.

Got a collection of recipes since high school. I used to collect the labels of food products with recipes printed in it and was planning to re-write each recipe in an index card and bind it. I also had collection of recipes sitting in my inbox since I had an email, most of which a re still unread. I love to collect, but I don’t use the recipes when I cook. I cook a lot though but not following the recipes I collected. But still, I was hoping I could use it one day. Then I thought of sharing it in the web so I opened a niche blog and slowly posting my collection of recipes. For now, I have a long way to go to finish all the recipes. When I am done or when I am halfway thru, I will let you know the link of that recipe collection blog. Who knows, it might be of help in your adventures in the kitchen.
