Personal life stories are sometimes unbelievable. It’s hard for me to believe that it is happening in real life. I thought sad, complicated stories are only happening in the movies but I was wrong. When an acquaintance was recounting to us (with my HR officemates) her family’s fate…having born a child that the father wouldn’t accept as his child and they ended up resorting to DNA testing to prove that the guy is really the father. We all thought it would be a happy ending but we were all wrong. Despite of the fact that her BF is the biological father, the guy couldn’t still make a stand to his family that the kid is his or should I say, he cannot accept that he has a child to his former GF. Such a sad, complicated situation that until now they weren’t able to resolve but I do hope the mother and child are now happy living with their relatives. Just forget about that damn guy who dumped them.

I am praying it would rain so hard tonight (crossing my fingers). As you may know, we have “crazy” neighbors who could stay awake until morning, disturbing their neighbors with their loud voices. Now they have another reason to be loud and noisy as somebody is celebrating his/her birthday. They actually started playing their karaoke machine early this morning. That disturbing sing-along session could last until tomorrow morning if nobody would dare to make them stop from among the neighbors. Since we are only a few meters right in front of them, and we are most affected by too much noise (as if we are just a few steps from them), we’re the ones who usually tell them to stop from creating noise because everybody in the neighborhood are already sleeping. Tonight, it would then be a noisy night as tables and chairs have been set-ut on the road and that is barely 3 meters from the apartment’s wall and our bedroom! That’s why I am praying for a heavy rain so the party will end early and that they couldn’t stay outside their house. I once told them if they cannot sleep, let others sleep and I hope they will consider their neighbors this time. If not, then I will call 911.
