We hit the road early last month searching for the resort that was advertised in a tarp along the highway. There was a specific address BUT it doesn’t include how far it is from where they placed the ad. I and hubby are clueless…slowing down from time to time because we don’t want to miss the place. Then we saw a signage it’s 8km from where we are. Shocks! We already drove around 5kms and we are about to drive another 8km? Since we are determined to hit find that resort, we continued driving. We passed by vast farm lands, huge trees along the road, vegetable farms, etc. Then finally we were able to locate the resort so far from the civilization!

According to the resort staff, they have a thermo swimming/dipping pool with heated natural sandstone. Hmmm….sounds intriguing! It must be relaxing to the stressed muscles and the whole body! I forgot to ask though how are the sandstone in the pool’s wall is being heated that also makes the water hot enough to relax those tired muscles. It must be the reliable pentair heat pumps that’s doing it’s job. Our visit was very quick and we didn’t get the chance to tour around the resort as they don’t allow guests for ocular inspection. Someday we’ll try their thermo swimming pool. I hope it’s good enough like having a massage and a ventosa treatment.

There is no doubt that yoyo is one of the most ancient toys there are. Nobody really knows where they are from, although there have been arguments that the first yoyo was made in China, but there is no way to confirm that. Its original use was for hunting and used as a weapon against fierce animals. Over the years the yoyo has been popularized as a toy—in fact, there are people who could “professionally” play it!

It’s amazing how its designed has evolved over the years. Some have lights, and are made out of top quality materials. Professional players have techniques in playing the game, making it appear so complicated—and with yoyo competitions, more and more young people are encouraged to play the game professionally.
