Thoughts from Home

I was expecting a package early today but it’s past office hours and no delivery man came. So I lost hope that it will be delivered today. Just when I resigned to the thought that I will have to wait next week to receive it (because we are going on out-of-town trip to GenSan tomorrow), a truck pulled off in front of the house. A few moments after, a man is already calling out my name. Weee! LBC man was here ten minutes before 7PM. That was pretty impressive! They deliver even after past their work hours. Ace was indeed happy with them so he gave them a tip.

This morning, I was concerned that the delivery man might be lost so I fixed the house address plaques err…our makeshift address plaque. Glad the delivery man wasn’t lost or…maybe they already asked for directions from the people they see in the street.

Graduation month is almost over. In the family, we have lots of graduates and if everybody sent out graduation announcements, I think I could have received more than five. We have graduates from all levels (except for graduate and post graduate studies). But never did I attended any one of the commencement exercises because we weren’t able to go home. Hope we could go home next time to celebrate with our cousins/nephews/nieces who finished their education level.
