After more than a month of postponing the submission of post-dated checks for Ace’ housing loan, I was able to submit it to the developer last week. Yay to me!LOL. It was only then that Ace was able to sign 48 checks (24 for HDMF and 24 for the developer) so it’s not only me who delays it all. there are still a lot of things to finalize with the developer and we are looking forward for the day that we will sit down with the project engineer for the final details including the choice of floor tiles and glass mosaic tiles that we want for the bathroom. And we must not forget the sink tiles, and other fixtures that we wanted to upgrade.
