SubscribeI am in the middle of cooking pork in tamarind soup last Friday night when I noticed there’s no flame coming out of the burner! And my dreaded fear for the week happened. We ran out of LPG and I cannot just call for delivery because I have no cash for it. Poor me! There’s no other means to cook because we don’t have that old school charcoal “stove”. I am too desperate to finish cooking so I used the rice cooker. That was the time when I wish we have an electric stove. Oh…just for convenience in case we ran out of gas. So when we will shop for a stove next time, I will definitely get one that can be used with an LPG or electric so I won’t have to worry about running out of gas in the middle of my kitchen session. Practical or impractical?
