For days, hubby noticed I am eating lesser than the usual. I just put a small amount of rice in my plate then refuse to get some for the second round. He is still half-way his meal and I am already done. He asked me why I am eating less these past days and I just told him I am on diet. He was surprised because I don’t go on diet before. This is just the first time that I am declaring I am on diet though I don’t exert so much effort on it. I just don’t eat until I am so full unlike before.
Need to cut on food intake because I am prepping for summer. I don’t want to add some belly flabs to the existing ones.LOL. I know I can resort to adapexin-p should I find it hard to resist the temptation of eating but so far its manageable. After all, I am not that voraciously eating ever since. So cutting on food intake a little bit is much easier.

Many are searching for tips on how to lose weight fast. I know it will never be easy especially if the person is not really determined to lose weight. There’s a tendency to go back to the old unhealthy eating habit that makes the person even grow bigger. There are promising supplements for a fast weight loss and yet I haven’t tried it so I cannot say if it’s true or not. What I believe to be effective in losing weight is giving up sweets, carbo, and soda. Meat could still be eaten but not the fatty portions. A vegetable and fruit diet, I must say, is an effective way to lose weight. Not only that you get rid of the unwanted fats, it also makes you healthy! I wanted that diet but I can’t last a month without rice so maybe my diet can only be most veggies and fruits because I need to eat rice.
