Taken during our visit to Philippine Eagle Conservation Center in Calinan, Davao City. I’ve seen this flower before but never got its name. The leaves looks like a Bougainvillea’s. Maybe this belongs to the Bougainvillea family. What do you think?

We called this “Bunga Kertas” literally mean Paper flowers.
